With expertise in land development, construction, sales and marketing, finance, property management and real estate acquisition, Jay T. Clark founded Southeast Capital Partners, Inc. in 1993.
SECP’s multi-faceted approach to real estate investment has covered a broad spectrum of acquisitions and developments, establishing it as a highly respected developer known for setting the standard of quality and style in the Southeastern United States. Influenced by local market conditions, SECP positions each of its assets to compete effectively for the long run. Initially focused on multi-family rehabilitation, the company has experienced great success in the booming Atlanta condominium and town home market. Currently, SECP is focusing on condominium development and conversions, apartment development and apartment acquisitions throughout the Southeast.
